The Sherwood Mall Administration Office is open Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. The Sherwood Park Mall Security Department maintains a professional uniformed Security force, which includes a bicycle patrol during spring and summer months. Our Security is not contracted and is an in-house Security Department dedicated to providing a safe, secure and pleasurable shopping environment for all ages. All our officers are trained to handle medical emergencies and criminal investigations. For customer convenience Security can be reached from any store in the mall, by simply asking the sales clerk to call. If you cannot find a store or need directions don’t hesitate to ask one of our uniformed Security Officers, customer service is a high priority for us.
