Managed out of Calgary, the properties in Western Canada include: 4 enclosed shopping malls, 10 open plazas, 4 office buildings, vacant land holdings and a serviced industrial park in Strathcona County (Edmonton).

The properties in Eastern Canada, managed out of Toronto, include a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties in Southern Ontario and development land in the GTA.

The privately held group has grown its Western Canadian assets over the past 35 years to the current level of about 2,000,000 square feet of leasable retail and office space.
