Managed out of Calgary, the properties in Western Canada included: 4 enclosed shopping malls, 10 open plazas, 4 office buildings, vacant land holdings and a serviced industrial park in Strathcona County (Edmonton).

The properties in Eastern Canada, managed out of Toronto, include a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties in Southern Ontario and development land in the GTA.

The privately held group grew its Western Canadian assets over the past 35 years to about 3,000,000 square feet of leasable retail and office space.
